At 2(X)IST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
